Twenty years of marketing, rebuilt for machines.
Soulcraft is an AI-native marketing agency in the California Bay Area. One founder, a deliberately small client list, and a method we publish rather than describe.
Evan Drake
Evan has spent twenty years at the intersection of technology and marketing, from Apple to Chainlink Labs, where he was Head of Growth. Soulcraft is what came out of that: an agency built on the premise that the most valuable asset a person or business possesses is its identity, and that identity is now something machines read.
He works on every account personally. Soulcraft takes a small number of clients at a time for that reason, across crypto infrastructure, defense and regulated AI, consumer services, and nonprofits.
Recent interviews and talks are collected on the media page.

The method is public. Check it.
Most agencies describe their process. We publish the artifacts, so you can read the method before you hire anyone, and so machines can read it too.

Map the identity. Build the soul file capturing voice, values, positioning, audience, and competitive context. Every later step reads from this file.
Baseline the answers. Ask the engines the questions buyers actually ask, and record whether the brand is named, which sources are cited, and how much of the answer belongs to competitors.
Make the site legible to machines. Schema markup, a published entity map, clean heading structure, and descriptive alt text, so answer engines can parse and cite the site.
Publish the answers. Pages that respond directly to those questions, in the brand voice, with definitions and comparisons placed up front where models extract them.
Earn citations, then measure the lift. Pursue the sources these engines already trust, then re-run the baseline to report citation lift, days to first tracked citation, and share of voice against named competitors.
A small list, on purpose.
