The method, said out loud.
Interviews and conversations about answer engine optimization, agentic marketing systems, and what changes when the reader on the other end is a model. If you produce a show, everything you need to book Evan is at the bottom of this page.
Recreating the Marketing Stack with AI
Forty-five minutes with Kelley Weaver, CEO of Melrose PR, on what a marketing stack looks like when it is rebuilt for the AI era: identity captured in a soul file that every downstream system reads, answer engine optimization as the discipline that replaces chasing ten blue links, and the parts of a conventional stack that stop earning their keep.

What the episode covers.
- Identity is the source file, not the campaign. Voice, values, positioning and competitive context written down once, in a soul file, so every system that writes on the brand's behalf is reading the same thing.
- Answer engine optimization is a different job than SEO. The unit of success is being named and cited inside an answer, which changes what you publish and how you measure it.
- Most of a conventional marketing stack was built for a human reader. Which tools survive that assumption changing, and which quietly stop paying for themselves.
What Evan talks about.
Four subjects he can carry for an hour without notes, each with client work behind it rather than predictions.
Getting named in AI answers. What actually determines whether a brand appears in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and AI Overviews, how to baseline it, and how to report the lift to people who are used to rank tracking.
Marketing for machine readers. Structured data, entity maps, crawler access and heading structure, treated as distribution rather than as technical hygiene.
Growth inside crypto. Four years running growth at Chainlink Labs, and what transfers from onchain marketing to everywhere else. The part most shows want is why so much of it does not transfer.
Running an agency with agents. What a small team can actually delegate to autonomous systems today, where it breaks, and what still needs a person with judgment.
Everything you need to book him.

Long bio
Evan Drake founded Soulcraft in 2026 after two decades inside technology companies, starting in merchandising at Apple and ending as Head of Growth at Chainlink Labs, where he ran SEO, paid media and analytics for the oracle network underpinning much of onchain finance. Soulcraft is built on the premise that a brand's most valuable asset is its identity, and that identity is now something machines read before people do. He works on every account personally, across answer engine optimization, generative engine optimization, demand generation and AI advertising, and publishes the agency's method rather than describing it.
Practical details
Based in the California Bay Area, Pacific time. Remote recording, own microphone and treated room. Comfortable with video or audio only, live or edited. Happy to send talking points in advance and happier still to be argued with on air.
